1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible products purchased directly from horimo.xyz. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition.
  • The return must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be accompanied by the original order receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital downloads or software.
  • Personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is reviewed, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Return the Item: After receiving the RA number, securely package the product in its original condition and ship it back to us using a traceable shipping method. The shipping address will be provided with your RA number.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@horimo.xyz with a photo of the damaged product and your order number. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of your product. Horimo.xyz is not responsible for items lost in transit.

8. International Returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.
